TENANT SCREENING

ONLINE OWNER & TENANT PORTALS
Rent is collected electronically from Tenants via their online Tenant Portal, where they can pay rent, view their lease ledger, submit work orders, and message us directly. Owners have a similar online portal to view ledgers, approve work orders, and receive updates. Payments are made via ACH/ePayment and rent is typically received between the 1st and 6th, posting to our account by the 4th–8th. Owner payouts are sent from the 7th to 10th, once payments clear. Due to Texas regulations, electronic payments have a 4–5 business day hold, similar to checks, and become non-reversible after three days. We provide monthly statements via email and the Owner Portal, and send annual tax statements and 1099s each January.
